Schedule : Monday Friday 7 am 3 : 30pm although we are looking for some who is flexible to possibly work after hours or weekends as necessary.

The role youll contribute :

Applies paints, stains, and other surface treatments to structural surfaces and property. Prepares surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, torching and / or smoothing prior to applying finishing materials.

Provides on the job skills training.

Assists other trades as needed.

The value youll bring to the team :

Applies protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, lacquer and related materials to interior and exterior surfaces

of buildings, furniture, equipment and other property

Maintains existing paint surfaces by matching / tinting appropriate paint products

Properly stores, cleans and disposes of all supplies and equipment used per departmental policies and procedures

May assist in operation and general maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems. Assist

in essential repairs and other duties as carried out

Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or

needed under limited guidance

Responds to in-house Work Orders and PM's on daily basis, and in a timely manner

May be required to respond to emergency calls

May be required to take call in accordance with facility in a timely manner

Provides on the job skills training

Supports and contributes to the development of new processes, products, or services

Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Maintains record ensuring compliance with

TJC, Federal, State and Local regulations and standards. Responsible for keeping current on maintenance logs

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :

• High School Diploma or GED
• FL Drivers License
• 2 years of painting experience.
